Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Reyvn LLC, doing business as BidRadar, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit bidrd.com, create an account, use the BidRadar product, receive emails, or contact support.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact information such as name, email, business name, role or title, phone number, website, login state, and authentication details.
We collect workspace and preference information such as organization details, teammate roles, saved searches, geographic preferences, keywords, exclusions, set-aside preferences, NAICS/PSC codes, digest settings, bid claims, feedback, and other information you provide to configure matching.
We collect product activity such as onboarding progress, opportunity views, saved or dismissed notices, match feedback, claim activity, digest history, unsubscribe status, workflow run status, and support/admin actions needed to operate the service.
We collect technical and security information such as IP address, browser and device information, log data, cookies or similar session technologies, error reports, and security events.
Stripe collects and processes payment method, billing, invoice, subscription, and tax-related information. BidRadar stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, status, and billing-period references, but does not store full payment card numbers.
Sources of information
Information may come from you, your teammates, invited users, Stripe, authentication and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, product logs, support communications, and public procurement sources used to provide opportunity matching.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, manage workspaces, process billing, provide saved-search matching, generate summaries, send digests and operational emails, show opportunity context, support team collaboration, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, enforce plan limits, comply with legal obligations, and improve product quality.
BidRadar may use model-assisted tools to summarize opportunities, extract attachment context, explain fit, and generate internal workflow outputs. Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, protected health information, full payment card data, or other sensitive regulated data unless BidRadar has expressly agreed in writing to process it.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help operate BidRadar, including hosting, database, authentication, billing, email delivery, monitoring, analytics, support, and model or enrichment providers. These providers receive information needed to perform their services.
Workspace information may be visible to other users in the same organization based on role and product functionality, including teammate names, roles, bid claims, saved-search summaries, and shared opportunity activity.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, security needs, fraud prevention, enforcement of our Terms, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in US state privacy laws.
Cookies and analytics
BidRadar uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and basic product operation. We may use limited analytics or logging to understand product reliability and usage. We do not use cookies to sell personal information.
Email communications
BidRadar sends transactional and relationship emails such as verification links, password resets, invitations, billing-related notices, product alerts, and digest emails. Digest and marketing emails include a physical mailing address and an unsubscribe or preference-management mechanism where required. Some account-critical or billing-critical emails may still be sent even if you opt out of optional digest or marketing emails.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide BidRadar, maintain account and billing records, support security and audit needs, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve matching quality. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it no longer reasonably identifies a person or workspace.
Your choices and rights
You can update account and workspace settings in the product. You can unsubscribe from digest emails using the unsubscribe link or by changing digest settings to "never" in Account.
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal information by emailing hello@bidrd.com. We will respond according to applicable law and may need to verify your identity and workspace authority. Some records may be retained where required for billing, legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
If a state privacy law applies to your information, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses. BidRadar does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so customers should use strong credentials, limit teammate access, and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.
Children and international use
BidRadar is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not use BidRadar if you are under 18. BidRadar is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will show when the policy was last updated. Continued use of BidRadar after an update means the updated policy applies to later use.
