Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Reyvn LLC, doing business as BidRadar. By creating an account, starting a trial, inviting teammates, or using BidRadar, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use BidRadar for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Service scope

BidRadar is software for filtering, ranking, summarizing, and reviewing federal opportunity information. BidRadar may use public procurement data, customer saved-search settings, workflow rules, and model-assisted summarization to help users prioritize notices.

BidRadar does not guarantee award outcomes, eligibility, solicitation completeness, source-system availability, deadline accuracy, or compliance with procurement rules. Users are responsible for verifying all opportunity details, deadlines, attachments, amendments, set-aside requirements, and submission instructions in the official source system before taking action.

BidRadar is not legal, financial, procurement, accounting, or compliance advice. Do not rely on BidRadar as a substitute for qualified professional review.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and controlling who can access your workspace. Workspace owners and admins can invite teammates, manage roles, manage billing, and view shared workspace activity. Team members inherit the workspace subscription and do not pay separately.

You are responsible for all activity under your account or workspace, including saved searches, bid claims, feedback, exports, and teammate actions.

Trials, billing, and renewal

Self-serve Starter and Pro plans begin with a 7-day trial that requires a payment card in Stripe Checkout. Unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends, Stripe will bill the monthly plan price shown at checkout on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled.

Prices, plan limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page and in the product. BidRadar may change prices or plan features prospectively. Existing customers will receive any notice required by law or by the applicable payment processor workflow before a material billing change takes effect.

Stripe processes payments, invoices, payment methods, trial status, cancellations, and subscription updates. Workspace owners and admins can manage billing through Stripe Customer Portal from the Account page.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a self-serve subscription through Stripe Customer Portal. If you cancel during the trial, future billing should stop before the first renewal. If you cancel after a paid period begins, access may remain available through the current billing period unless Stripe shows otherwise.

Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or product access issues. Send refund requests to hello@bidrd.com with the workspace name, billing email, invoice details, and a short description of the issue so we can review the Stripe record.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse BidRadar, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with service operation, probe or bypass security controls, scrape the service outside intended product use, upload malicious code, or use BidRadar in violation of law, procurement rules, sanctions, export controls, or third party rights.

You may not submit highly sensitive personal information, classified information, controlled unclassified information, protected health information, payment card data outside Stripe, or other regulated data that BidRadar has not expressly agreed in writing to process.

Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the business information, saved-search criteria, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant BidRadar the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, transmit, and improve that content for providing and supporting the service.

BidRadar's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Customer data may be processed by infrastructure, email, billing, analytics, and model providers as needed to operate the product.

Intellectual property

BidRadar, including its software, design, workflows, scoring logic, documentation, and branding, is owned by Reyvn LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, BidRadar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your active trial or subscription.

Product changes and availability

BidRadar is an early paid-pilot product. Features, matching behavior, opportunity sources, model providers, limits, and user interface details may change as the product improves. We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if billing fails, a subscription is canceled, a workspace exceeds plan limits, account activity creates security or operational risk, or a user violates these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reyvn LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, procurement losses, lost data, or costs of substitute services. Reyvn LLC's total liability for claims related to BidRadar will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for BidRadar during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amount was paid.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Reyvn LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of BidRadar, your submitted content, your procurement decisions, your violation of law or these Terms, or your infringement of third party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or BidRadar, except where applicable law requires another forum.
